We have found Tech Industry Alliance Skillnet to be a fantastic partner, one which we've collaborated closely with throughout our growth. This partnership has allowed us to upskill our engineers in a tailored and cost-eff way. The network understands our needs and crafts courses both in-house and externally, which cover a range of technologies and methodologies including Cassandra, Linux, software testing, and Scrum. Tech Industry Alliance Skillnet has certainly contributed to the success of our engineering department, and we look forward to continuing that successful partnership into the future.
Stephanie Sheehan – Poppulo
8 West Consulting strengthened its graduate development programme by partnering with Tech Industry Alliance Skillnet to access concise, high‑quality technical training that prepares new hires for client projects quickly. Skillnet support reduced the internal burden of sourcing and delivering training, improved staff mobility across technology stacks and fostered a culture of continuous professional development. Graduates now stay an average of four years, with strong retention across the company. The partnership acts like an external training department, enabling growth, agility and better project readiness.
