9 White Deer Brewery in West Cork partnered with Taste4Success Skillnet to support business scaling and team upskilling. The Skillnet created a tailored training plan, beginning with certified micro-brewery programmes and later including a Diploma in Food Manufacturing delivered with UCC. This collaboration enabled the brewery to capitalise on growth opportunities. Taste4Success Skillnet’s flexible, business-specific training approach supports the development of Ireland’s food, beverage, and agri-food sectors.
