The aim of the research study was to investigate current approaches to innovation training in Ireland. From that starting point it was hoped to establish which are the most impactful forms of innovation training, delivering the most effective outcomes for both individuals and organisations.
This research was conducted by the Irish Institute of Training and Development (IITD) with Laurence Knell of Strategic Innovation Partners on behalf of Trainers Learning Skillnet.
