The purpose of this report is to set out the findings from a review of the future Sustainable Finance skills and talent requirements, and conduct a gap analysis between current state and future state skills and talent requirements across the financial services sector in Ireland. The report also sets out recommendations and a high level action plan on how to address the identified gaps.
