Network Overview

Sustainable HRM Skillnet supports businesses in the Human Resources (HR) and Learning & Development (L&D) sectors through subsidised upskilling programmes. The network advises businesses on how their practices and employment arrangements can be more sustainable, by enhancing specialised knowledge and skills, increasing access to skills development opportunities and encouraging ongoing professional development. 

The network designs, develops and delivers responsive, bespoke and flexible training courses to address the ongoing needs of businesses. The Sustainable HRM Skillnet is promoted by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and is open to private businesses across these sectors.
