The report identifies the critical components which could form part of a CPD framework in Ireland through a review of existing CPD frameworks from other relevant sectors. Inputs from the farming and agricultural sector were sought and the results from surveys and interviews are presented. Limerick Institute of Technology (LIT) and Broadmore Research & Consulting were commissioned to undertake the research on behalf of Macra Agricultural Skillnet.
