This research study, the fourth collaboration with ICBE Skillnet and the WorkFutures Lab at the Kemmy Business School, University of Limerick, provides a clear picture of the importance of the leader’s role in steering an organisation in an uncertain environment, but most importantly we get to hear what leaders themselves have to say about being a leader in Ireland today.
