For the second year running, Skillnet Ireland has been named as a finalist for the EPA Digital Media Awards 2020. The awards celebrate digital marketing excellence across all sectors of the economy. Congratulations to all the finalists in each of the 27 award categories.
Now in their 17th year, the EPA Digital Media Awards are the most prestigious digital awards in Ireland. They recognise creativity and innovation across multiple areas of an ever-evolving sector which includes digital content creation, advertising and marketing, mobile media, social networking, app development, web design and development.
Skillnet Ireland has been selected as a finalist in three award categories ‘Best Conversion Strategy’, ‘Best Media Strategy’, and ‘Best in Government and Not for Profit’.
Speaking on the shortlist honour, Tracey Donnery, Skillnet Ireland Executive Director of Policy and Communications said;
“The Digital Media Awards is a significant event in the marketing calendar, acknowledging the best of the best embracing the world of digital.
Skillnet Ireland has worked hard with our Networks and industry partners to develop a strong digital presence which allows us to promote, facilitate and collaborate on workforce learning in Ireland. Congratulations to everyone who has been shortlisted.”

The Skillnet Ireland Digital Media Award entries demonstrate the impact and value of workforce development to Irish businesses, especially as a proactive business-critical solution. Additionally, the entries show the power of effective collaboration with industry, educational institutes and government in supporting Irish business with their upskilling requirements now and for the future.
This year’s awards take place on Friday, 21 February, at The Clayton Hotel, Burlington Road.
