The ReBound Mentor Programme has been developed specifically for SME Owners and Managers that require dedicated one-to-one help in creating and implementing a bespoke Return to Work Safely Plan which aligns with the Government’s ‘Return to Work Safely’ Protocol.

What will ReBound Mentor Programme cover?
As part of the ReBound Mentoring process, your mentor can cover a range of topics to support you in developing your Return to Work Safely Plan, including:
Communication plans with relevant stakeholders
Developing a Return-to-Work Safely Checklist
Putting appropriate signage and directions in place for employees
Developing new work schedules and social distancing rules
Return-to-work training plans for employees
Facilities management and hygiene plans
Developing new workplace policies (e.g. remote working)
Response plans for suspected cases of COVID-19
Each participant is assigned an industry-relevant Health & Safety expert mentor.

Who is ReBound Mentor Programme for?
The ReBound Mentoring Programme is free for owner/managers of SME businesses from all sectors, with between 5-100 employees.
Businesses that are eligible to participate:
- Business must have between 5 and 100 employees
- Business must be operating in the private sector
- Business must have been fully operational before COVID-19 outbreak
Businesses that are not eligible to participate:
- Private sector companies with less than 5 or over 100 employees
- Public sector organisations
- Charity or not-for-profit organisations
- Businesses based outside the Republic of Ireland
