As part of supporting the ambitious targets set out in Ireland’s Climate Action Plan, the Expert Group on Future Skills Needs ‘Skills for Zero Carbon’ Report identifies areas where we need to develop a skills base over the next ten years: renewable energy, energy efficiency and sustainable transport. Skillnet Ireland is developing the talent to support the delivery of the Climate Action Plan in these vital sectors, through our industry partners, Skillnet Business Networks and Climate Ready initiative.
