In November 2011, Skillnet Ireland commissioned an independent evaluation of the Training Networks Programme (TNP) and Finuas Networks Programme (Finuas). The evaluation covered the activity of 70 networks, 66 from TNP and four from Finuas. The overarching aim of the evaluation was to understand the impact of Skillnet Ireland training programmes and therefore, of the network model and the extent to which these programmes deliver and generate outcomes that would not have happened if these enterprise-led programmes were not active.
