The Product Management Programmes

These DIT-accredited, multi award-winning qualifications were developed in conjunction with industry and Technology Ireland Software Skillnet through the Skillnet Ireland Future Skills Programme in 2013 and provide advanced education and certification for product managers while contributing to business performance in a real-time, practical way.

Laura states, “The programme enabled me to uplift my existing knowledge and skills and build on experience already gained as a Product Owner. It brought real value to the organisation in driving forward our product strategy and processes”.

The programme was designed based on a strategic need for product management skills in the sector. The content draws on the expertise of leading academics, international experts, recognised industry practitioners and the latest research to deliver a unique learning opportunity for technology companies.  There are now 128 qualified executives in the sector with this Post Graduate Diploma or MSc qualification, including graduates are from a wide range of technology companies including SAP, Ding and Realex Payments. The programme is designed to help companies and Product Managers develop key capabilities in this area, as part of a suite of programmes aimed at developing the professional career pathways of Product Managers.
